Professional Experience

Stefan has acted as associate lawyer for Vitzman, Webster & Partners in cooperation with Studio Legale Sutti (1999 - 2008). Since 1999 Stefan has been providing legal advisory services, representation and assistance before court of law in a wide range of legal cases. Stefan is a reputable litigator handling all types of corporate, business, real estate, consumer protection, intellectual property and employment disputes for a wide range of domestic or foreign clients.
His competencies cover all-level Romanian courts (including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court), arbitral institutions and other public jurisdictional authorities (such as the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks or the Romanian Competition Council).
