National Bank of Ukraine (Legal Department); Asset Management Company KINTO (counselor); Law Company ILF (Deputy Director of the International Business Law Department).

Legal audit, structuring and support of the purchase/sale transaction of the holding-processor of agricultural products. A feature of this project was that the holding was in a foreign jurisdiction (the Isle of Man) and that it possessed a number of enterprises on processing agricultural products in Ukraine.
Advocacy of gas trader interests in disputes with the State Inspectorate for the control of prices. During nearly two years, lawyers of the company carried out a number of administrative and judicial reviews of acts of the Commission, did not allow recovery of punitive sanctions worth more than UAH 12 million and leveled attempts to initiate criminal proceedings against the client's management. As a result of work, a unique practice was formed by company specialists to challenge the actions of the inspection.
Changing the corporate structure of the gas production company. A client - a resident of the United Kingdom has received full control over the enterprise by increasing the authorized capital. The complexity of this project consisted in the fact that one of the members of society was the state represented by the state-owned company.
A project to protect the interests of Gas Distribution Company Dniprogaz owners after a gas explosion in a residential home. The company's management was taken into custody. First persons of the country have publicly spoken about the introduction of "direct government control" and the transfer of gas networks to the state company. Until stabilization of the situation and the interference of a key owner from Russia, the lawyers have not admitted misappropriation of company. The company continues to work on the licensed territory.
Representing the interests of shareholders in a corporate conflict around the JSC Bank BIG Energy. Over the past two years, the company has provided protection of the register of bank's shareholders from attempting their illegal "withdrawal." Over 30 trials were carried out, representation in a number of searches was ensured and more than 10 enforcement proceedings were opened.
Protecting the interests of registrars of Bank BIG Energy and JSC Turboatom. A task was implemented on protection of the interests of registrars in the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the courts and the executive service with the aim of non-admission of revocation of a license for carrying out depositary activities and, as a consequence, withdrawal of enterprises' registers.
Maintenance of the section of the group of Investment companies Sokrat - the leader of the investment market in Ukraine. Lawyers for the company represented the interests of the key owner. As a result, a structured transaction was implemented and the balance of mutual rights and obligations of the former partners, withdrawal of the key owner has not affected the company's reputation and business development.
Gaining control over one of the best spa resorts of Crimea - Pine Grove. In the interests of Russian investors a project was realized to obtain a judicial control over the real estate complex. The situation was complicated by the presence of several companies of applicants. There have been several trials, the result - obtaining and registration of property rights.
A corporate conflict between owners of a large retail chain of electronics. Lawyers acted for the interests of the owner of a group of companies AVentures, Unitrade, City.com, Melofon, Service Master, TE` n `D, in the courts and law enforcement agencies, both within corporate processes, and in criminal cases.
Representation of the candidate for President in the 2010 elections. As part of the practice of suffrage, Denys Bugay received the status of an authorized representative of the candidate to the Central Election Commission. Lawyers have also undertaken a complete legal support for the campaign, including registration procedures, the maintenance of propaganda work, litigation and provided legal support to the regional headquarters of the candidate.
